Pricing FAQ
How many guests can join?
Up to 10 guests, plus the captain and crew (2 people) who sail with you on every cruise. Pricing is per person, so a dinner for two and a party of ten are both welcome.
How does booking work? Can you hold a date?
Tell us your date, time and party size and we'll send a tailored plan by email by the next business day. Once the plan suits you we hold the boat for you, free, for 3 days while you decide (for dates close at hand the hold may be shorter). A viewing of the yacht can be arranged.
When is payment required?
Full payment is due 3 business days before your cruise, by bank transfer to our Japanese account (transfer fees are the sender's). Your booking is confirmed once the transfer arrives. Catering choices are needed one week before and the final headcount 3 business days before; any balance can be settled in cash on the day.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before and there's no charge. 6 to 4 days before: 30% cancellation fee. 3 to 2 days before: 50%. The day before or on the day: 100%. If we have to cancel because of weather or sea conditions, a vessel fault or an official order, there's no cancellation fee.
What if we run late or need extra time?
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure; boarding opens then. If loading and boarding start more than 30 minutes early, or disembarking runs more than 30 minutes over, a fee of ¥33,000 per 30 minutes applies.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Often, yes. Bringing your own is by arrangement, so tell us what you'd like to bring when you enquire and we'll confirm. We dispose of small amounts of rubbish free of charge.
Where do we cruise? What will we see?
Tokyo Bay opens up the moment we leave the pier: Rainbow Bridge, the Odaiba waterfront, Harumi Pier and the skyline with Tokyo Tower behind it, and on some courses Tokyo Disney Resort from the water. The standard course can be tailored to your occasion and the time of day; a different course may carry an extra charge.
Can I use the yacht for photography or filming?
Yes. The yacht is used for YouTube shoots, films, TV dramas, commercials and photo books. Tell us about the shoot and we'll do our best with location and equipment requests, and quote for commercial use.
Are pets allowed on board?
Travelling with a pet? Ask us when you enquire and we'll confirm what's possible for your date.
Is smoking allowed? What about parking?
Smoking is not permitted on board. There's no dedicated parking at the pier, so please come by taxi or public transport, or use a nearby car park.
What should I wear / bring?
Wear comfortable, casual attire. We recommend flat shoes (heels can be worn but flats are safer). Bring sunglasses and sunscreen for daytime cruises, and photo ID: every guest registers their name, date of birth and address and signs a short boarding form before we leave. We provide towels and basic amenities.
Is it available for special occasions?
Absolutely. Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, corporate events and private business meetings, ladies' nights, graduation parties, and more. Let us know your occasion and we'll plan around it.
