Pricing FAQ
?What's the minimum number of guests?
We require a minimum of 3 guests for charter. The maximum is 10 guests plus 2 crew members.
?When is payment required?
Full payment is required 3 business days before your cruise. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
?What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before receive a full refund. 6-4 days before: 30% cancellation fee. 3-2 days before: 50% cancellation fee. Day before or same day: 100% (no refund). Weather cancellations by us are fully refundable or rescheduled.
?What if I'm late or need to delay boarding?
If boarding is delayed by 30+ minutes due to late arrival, an extension fee of ¥33,000 per 30 minutes applies. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
?Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own items. We provide ice, glassware, and refrigeration. No corkage fee.
?Where do we cruise? What will we see?
Our standard route takes you past Tokyo's most iconic landmarks: Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, the Odaiba waterfront, and the glittering city skyline. Routes can be customized based on your preferences and time of day.
?Can I use the yacht for photography or filming?
Yes! Our yacht is perfect for professional photography, music videos, and film shoots. Contact us for commercial use rates and availability.
?Are pets allowed on board?
Yes, small pets are welcome aboard the yacht. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
?What should I wear / bring?
Wear comfortable, casual attire. We recommend flat shoes (heels can be worn but flats are safer). Bring sunglasses and sunscreen for daytime cruises. We provide towels and basic amenities.
